摘要 本文针对机床重型滚珠丝杠的选型问题进行研究,通过对滚珠丝杠的结构、工作原理、选型参数等方面进行分析,提出了选型时应考虑的因素,并结合具体的应用案例进行了实际计算和分析。 首先,介绍了滚珠丝杠的基本结构和工作原理,分析了其优点和缺点,以及与其他类型丝杠的比较。然后,根据滚珠丝杠的性能指标和选型参数,提出了选型时应考虑的因素,包括负载、转速、精度、环境条件等。接着,通过对一台数控车床主轴滚珠丝杠的选型进行实际计算和分析,验证了选型的可行性和准确性。最后,对滚珠丝杠的应用前景和发展趋势进行了展望。 关键词:机床;滚珠丝杠;选型;性能指标;应用案例 Abstract This paper studies the selection of heavy-duty ball screw for machine tools. Through the analysis of the structure, working principle, selection parameters and other aspects of ball screw, the factors to be considered in selection are proposed, and the practical calculation and analysis are carried out with specific application cases. Firstly, the basic structure and working principle of ball screw are introduced, and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, as well as the comparison with other types of screw. Then, according to the performance indicators and selection parameters of ball screw, the factors to be considered in selection are proposed, including load, speed, accuracy, environmental conditions, etc. Next, through the practical calculation and analysis of the selection of ball screw for the spindle of a CNC lathe, the feasibility and accuracy of the selection are verified.
